1 | tablespoon | Wild Harvest Organic Dijon Mustard | |

1 | tablespoon | chopped Wild Harvest Organic Fresh Tarragon | |

1 | tablespoon | chopped garlic | |

12 | ounces | salmon fillets | |
|
In small bowl, combine wine, lemon juice, mustard, tarragon and garlic. Salt and pepper to taste.
Place salmon fillet in a shallow dish; pour marinade over salmon. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes, flipping once.
Prepare grill to medium-high heat. Place salmon, skin-side-up, on grill. Grill 5 minutes. Carefully turn salmon over. Continue grilling 5 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
