1/2 | pound | lean ground turkey | |

1/2 | cup | chopped onion | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | chopped poblano pepper or green bell pepper | |

1/4 | cup | chopped Wild Harvest Organic Whole Carrots | |

1 | tablespoon | chopped garlic | |

1 | can | (15 ounce) organic chili beans in sauce, undrained | |

|||
1 | can | (10 ounce) Wild Harvest Organic Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles, undrained | |
|
In medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine turkey, onion, pepper, carrot and garlic; salt and pepper to taste. Cook and crumble until turkey is cooked through.
Stir in chili beans in sauce and drained tomatoes; bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and simmer until heated through and carrots are tender (about 10 minutes).
