1 | package | (10 oz.) mixed salad greens | |

1 | Bartlett pear, cored and thinly sliced | ||

|||
1/4 | cup | dried cranberries, sweetened | |
|
|||
4 | ounces | blue cheese, crumbled | |
|
|||
Salad dressing of choice | |||
|
Cook pecans with sugar in small skillet over medium high heat for 3 minutes or until sugar melts and pecans brown slightly, stirring constantly. Remove from pan; let cool.
Toss salad greens, pear slices, pecans, dried cranberries and cheese with dressing of choice and toss to coat.
