1/4 | cup | maple syrup | |

2 | tablespoons | butter | |
|
|||
2 | tablespoons | orange juice | |
|
|||
1/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | chopped pecans for garnish | |
|
In large saucepan, heat potatoes until warmed through. Remove potatoes from heat. Using an electric mixer, beat potatoes until light and fluffy. Stir in maple syrup, butter, orange juice and salt. Transfer to serving dish and garnish with pecans.
