1. Combine corn syrup, sugar and peanut butter in large pan. 2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. 3. Reduce heat to low and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. 4. Remove from heat and stir in popcorn. 5. Toss to coat well. Press into greased pans. 6. Cool. 7. Cut each pan into 2"x2" squares.
