1/2 | cup | Wild Harvest Organic 2% Reduced Fat Milk | |

|||
1/8 | teaspoon | Wild Harvest Organic Ground Cayenne Pepper | |
|
|||
1 | package | (7.4 ounce) Wild Harvest Organic Frozen Homestyle Waffles | |
|
|||
3/4 | cup | Wild Harvest Organic Baby Spinach | |
|
|||
6 | thin tomato slices | ||

3/4 | cup | shredded Swiss cheese | |
|
In small bowl, combine eggs, milk and cayenne pepper; salt and pepper to taste. Whisk until well combined; set aside.
Line a baking sheet with foil; spray with no-stick cooking spray. Place waffles on baking sheet; evenly pour egg mixture over tops of waffles. Top with spinach, tomato slices and cheese.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven 25 minutes or until eggs are set.
