1 | can | (14 ounce) tomatoes, drained and diced | |

1-2 | jalapeno peppers, chopped | ||

2 | teaspoons | garlic powder | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | ground cumin | |

|||
2 | cups | rice, cooked | |

|||
12 | (7-inch) flour tortillas, warmed | ||
|
|||
1 | cup | (4 ounces) shredded cheese | |
|
|||
freshly chopped cilantro | |||

sour cream | |||
|
In a large skillet, combine the beans, tomatoes, jalapeno pepper, garlic powder and cumin; heat through.
Stir in rice. Spoon about 1/3 cup of rice mixture on center of each tortilla. Top with cheese and cilantro. Fold sides and ends over filling and roll up. Drizzle with sour cream.
