1 | can | (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained | |

|||
1 | cup | diced cooked ham | |
|
|||
6 | oz. | shredded Colby cheese, divided | |
|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 2-quart casserole with cooking spray.
In a bowl, beat together biscuit mix, milk, eggs and butter. Stir in pineapple, ham and 1 cup cheese. Pour into prepared casserole and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 35-40 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
