2 | tablespoons | unsalted butter or margarine | |

1/2 | cup | chopped onion | |

4 | cans | (6 ounces each) V-8 Low Sodium Cocktail Vegetable Juice | |

1 | pkg. | (9 ounces) frozen cut green beans | |
|
|||
1 | tablespoon | lemon juice | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | dried dill weed, crushed | |
|
|||
1 | lb. | fresh flounder fillets, cut into 2-inch pieces | |
|
1. In 2-quart heavy saucepan over medium heat, in hot butter, cook onion until tender-crisp, stirring frequently. 2. Add remaining ingredients except fish. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to separate beans. 3. Add fish; simmer 10 minutes more or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
